Where to set up email #
- Click Setup (May be under More)
- Click System Setup.
- Click the Email/SMS Setup tab.
Where to set your email server settings #
Click on the Server Setup option on the left side of the screen
Note: Scroll to the bottom of this article to find some of the common server settings.
Where to set you email account logins #
- There are 2 sections for email accounts, Confirmations and Marketing.
- Confirmations – This is where you enter the email account you want to send appointment confirmations from.
- Marketing – This is the account you want to send marketing and everything else from (receipts, pay stubs, etc.)
Important:
These accounts have to be from the same email provider.
