What are appointment resources? #
Appointment resources are used to represent a room, station, or tool that must be available for the client to be able to book in for a certain service.
When booking a service with assigned appointment resources, Insight will check the time slot of the assigned appointment resource representing a room, station, or tool to confirm that the time slot is available to be booked.
For example, if you offered massage services and have two massage rooms available, you would add in an appointment resource for each and assign both to your massage services. This will now only allow massage appointments to be booked if a time slot in one of the rooms is available.
