How to create a custom contact list

In Insight, you can use client listing to filter for a specific group of clients. View instructions for that here. However, if the group of clients you wish to send to are not able to be filtered, you can use a custom contact list. Follow the steps below:

NOTE: If you close the Clients screen while you are creating your list, you will be notified that your list will be cleared.

  1. Open the Clients screen.
  2. Select a client you want to add to the list.
  3. Click Actions → Custom Contact List → Add to list.
  4. This will start the custom contact list and add the client to it.
  5. Do step 5 for anyone else that should be on your list.
  6. You can use Actions → Custom Contact List → View List at any time to see who has been added.
  7. Once you have finished adding all of your clients, go to Actions → Custom Contact List and click either send emails or send sms.
  8. It will pop-up and prompt you to write your message and send.
