Why Insight?

Many customers ask us, "What makes you better than your competitors?" When you get right down to it, almost all software designed for salons and spas will do the same basic things (sales, appointments, clients, employees, inventory, reports, etc.) So how do you decide what is best when they are all pretty much the same? Simple, just look at each of the points below. What are you purchasing?

That may sound like a stupid question but it really may be the most important one you need to answer. The correct answer is that you are buying computer software as well as a company to support you while you are using that software. However, many people don't buy the software, they buy a marketing campaign designed to get you to choose their product over their competitors. A glossy brochure or a fancy video presentation using terms like "unsurpassed" and "outstanding" don't make the software any better but they do make you want to purchase them. We'll leave the glitzy marketing campaigns to our competition. Instead, we chose to make Insight the best software and focus on providing you with the best possible customer service. Remember, you're buying software, not a brochure. We will be happy to put Insight up against any competitor and prove to you that we are better.
