Training

Proper training can be a vital tool in ensuring that you and your staff fully understand all of the features in the Insight software. We offer the four telephone/internet training packages listed below to accommodate users with various levels of need. All times listed are approximate. Training sessions must be booked by appointment in advance.

Level I (1 Hour)	$75.00	This training package is designed to get your system properly set up and give you a push in the right direction. In this package we will assist you in installing Insight as well as all the hardware that you purchased from us. We will go into a very basic overview of all of the main modules of Insight and give you tips and advice on getting started as quickly as possible.
Level II (3 Hours)	$225.00	This package includes everything in Level I as well as some more in depth training on the main modules in the Insight software. We will cover data entry and setup for Employees, Clients, Products, & Services. We will also cover setting up your appointment book and basic appointment booking procedures as well as fundamentals of the Sales module.
Level III (6 Hours)	$450.00	This package includes everything in Level II but goes into much more detail and also covers some reports. We will cover advanced Appointment booking (including standing appointments) and all aspects of the Sales module. There will also be time to go over Purchase Orders, Receiving, Departments & Categories. This training will also include instructions and explanations for most of the more common reports.
Level IV (9 Hours)	$675.00	This package includes everything in Level II & III as well as complete Payroll and Time Clock information. We will also spend some time dealing with Security and Management issues and should have time to go over most of the reports available in Insight.

Insight On-Site Training Packages

On-Site installation, setup and training are available for an extra cost which will depend on where you are located. If you fall within the sales region for one of our authorized resellers then we will have that trainer contact you to further discuss your training needs. If there are no authorized trainers available in your area, we can arrange for a certified Insight trainer to travel to your location. In this case, their time is billed at $600.00 per 8-hour day (US dollars) plus $250.00 per day (to cover meals and accommodation) plus travel expenses.
