Insight records vast amounts of information about your clients, employees, payroll, inventory, appointments and sales. All of that information is useless to you unless you can view it in a meaningful format. To develop our reporting module, we consulted with salon and spa owners and, in many cases, had them design the actual report. By doing this, we ensure that the information shown on our reports is relevant and understandable. To list all of the reports and the information that they give you would be beyond the scope of this web page. However, there are two main features that put our reporting system ahead of our competition...security and flexibility.

Security

• Set up each employee to specify each individual report they can view
• Restrict certain reports to only display sales information for the employee viewing the report

• Each report comes with a variety of options to easily customize how the report works
• Automatic preview of the reports on the screen...you only have to print it if you want to
• Most reports have a summary and detailed version
• Sales and statistical reports can be printed for all employees, everyone with a single job title, or a single employee
• Inventory reports can be printed by supplier or department and category
